Best experience I have ever had when purchasing a used vehicle. With my new truck I was treated with the utmost courtesy, and the truck was exactly as it had been advertised, if notīetter. From the initial contact to the moment I drove off the lot The folks at Cool Rides couldn't have been more helpful. Never return my calls and when they did i was supposed to get call back on bank decision never got call, poor customer service I requested details on 2 additional trucks but never got a reply or follow up afterwards. The truck broke down on a test drive the day I wanted to schedule.
